Stahl's signature white bread that has been a staple with east side Detroit and Grosse Pointe families for over 75 years. Still baked in our 1928 brick oven. Known for being the best toasting bread ever! Great for sandwiches too! No sogginess when jelly, jam or condiments are used, making it perfect for breakfast or lunchboxes. No preservatives are added, so what can't be used in a day or two is best frozen (not refrigerated). It thaws quickly and no change in texture or taste occurs with freezing.
